Method
- Dry fry the mince, sliced onion and crushed garlic until browned. (Always wash hands after handling raw meat)
- Toss in the diced peppers, mushroom, courgette, sweetcorn, dried herbs and passata.
- Stir thoroughly and let this simmer for 15-20mins
- Heat the tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Serve the delicious mince in folded tortillas sprinkled with grated cheese.

- 450 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured lean minced beef
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red pepper
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 Courgette
- 75 g Sweetcorn
- 1 tsp Dried herbs
- 1 x 500 g Jar passata
- 75 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 pack Flour tortillas
