As of January 2018, around 74% of Beef stocked was labelled as Northern Irish Beef, with 72% of the total being labelled NIFQAS.

Lamb

As of January 2018, around 56% of lamb stocked was Northern Irish Lamb, with 56% of the total being labelled NIFQAS.

As of January 2018, around 98% of Beef stocked was Northern Irish Beef, with 88% of the total being labelled NIFQAS.

Lamb

As of January 2018, 97% of Lamb stocked was Northern Irish Lamb, with zero% of the total being labelled NIFQAS.
