Cook Using:
Method
- Rub the steaks with the oil and season with black pepper and a little salt.
- Heat a large frying pan over high heat and cook the steaks for 3 - 4 minutes on each side for medium, or a little longer if you prefer. Remove the steaks to a plate, cover with tin foil and rest for ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm the flatbreads and spread them with mascarpone cheese, sunblush tomatoes,and pickled red onions.
- Slice the steak and it arrange on top.
- Sprinkle with basil and rocket, then season if necessary before serving.
