Rub the steaks with the oil and season with black pepper and a little salt.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat and cook the steaks for 3 - 4 minutes on each side for medium, or a little longer if you prefer. Remove the steaks to a plate, cover with tin foil and rest for ten minutes.

Sprinkle with basil and rocket, then season if necessary before serving.
