Method
- Boil pasta in salted water 10 - 15 minutes until tender, chill, reserve
- In a large pot brown the vegetables and beef mince in vegetable oil
- Add butter to the same pot and melt before folded in flour
- Cook the flour for a few minutes before adding the milk
- Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer 10 mins
- Fold in the macaroni pasta
- Serve the macaroni individually and garnish with optional herbs and cheese
- Alternatively you can transfer to a large casserole dish and gratinate in the oven with some fresh cheese
- This can be served family style on the table where everyone can dig in

- 50 g Flour

- 1 single Onion diced
- 1/2 bulb Celeriac diced
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed

- 1 single Courgette grated
- 30 g Fresh herbs
- 30 g Parmesan
- 30 g Cream Cheese
