Method
- Rub the brisket with garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt and black pepper then place it in the slow cooker
- Pour over BBQ sauce, beef stock and Worcestershire sauce
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 - 5 hours, until tender
- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks
- Toss is back into the sauce to soak up all the flavour
To serve
- Toast the brioche buns
- Pile the shredded BBQ brisket onto each bun and top with coleslaw before serving

- 1 kg Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured beef brisket
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 250 ml BBQ sauce
- 100 ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
To serve
- 4 brioche or soft burger buns
- 200 g coleslaw store bought, or homemade
