Method
- Combine the salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, together in large mixing bowl
- Shape the beef mince into patties and stuff cheese into them
- Place the beef patties in the fridge and allow to firm, at least 1 – 2 hours
- Fry the burgers for 2 mins each side on hot griddle pan then finish in oven 10 mins
- For the chutney, fry the onion, ginger, garlic in the oil 3 mins until softened
- Add the sugar and vinegar and bring to the boil.
- Mix in the halved tomatoes and coat well, boil until mixture is syrup like and sticky.
- oast some brioche buns and assemble with burgers and relish

Beef Burger
- 500 g beef mince Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured
- Pinch of good quality salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g cheddar cheese
Chutney
- 1 punnet cherry tomato halved
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 onion diced
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
