Method
- Rub the brisket with garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper, then place it in the slow cooker.
- Pour over BBQ sauce, beef stock, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 - 5 hours, until tender.
- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Toss it back into the sauce to soak up the flavour.
- To Serve - Toast the brioche buns. Pile the shredded BBQ brisket onto each bun and top with coleslaw before serving.

- 1 kg Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured Beef Brisket
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 250 ml BBQ sauce
- 100 ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- To Serve
- 4 brioche or soft burger buns
- 200 g coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
