  • Cook the bhajis as per packet instructions

For the burgers

  • Mix lamb, ginger, garlic, curry powder, onion salt, chilli flakes, coriander, and mint in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 180oC
  • Roll the mixture into our equal-sized balls and shape them into burgers. Cook in the air fryer for 12 - 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

For the raita

  • In a small bowl, mix the ingredients.

To serve

  • Spread onion chutney onto toasted brioche rolls and top with burgers, shredded cos, raita and onion Bhaji. Place the lid on top and serve.


For the burgers

  • 500 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured Lamb Mince
  • 4 onion bhajis
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp medium curry powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • a pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

For raita

  • 2 tbsp natural greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion

To serve

  • 4 brioche rolls
  • 1 tbsp onion chutney
  • 1 small lettuce
