Combine the salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, together in large mixing bowl
Shape the beef mince into patties and stuff cheese into them
Place the beef patties in the fridge and allow to firm, at least 1 – 2 hours
Fry the burgers for 2 mins each side on hot griddle pan then finish in oven 10 mins
For the chutney, fry the onion, ginger, garlic in the oil 3 mins until softened
Add the sugar and vinegar and bring to the boil.
Mix in the halved tomatoes and coat well, boil until mixture is syrup like and sticky.
